What size are your bracelets?

Sizes are 6", 6.5", 7", 7.5" and 8".

Do you make custom sizes?

Yes! I make custom sizes.

How do I order a custom size?

If you need a custom size, please see the sizing photo within "Gemstone Bracelets" and "Colorful Bracelets" collections. Please provide the custom size requested in the "Custom Bracelet Size" box.         

Why do some gemstones look different?

Natural gemstones vary slightly in color and size making each bracelet unique.

How do I care for my So Sweet bracelets?

Remove before exposure to water or chlorine. Avoid direct contact with products such as lotion, hairspray, makeup and perfume. As with any jewelry, it is best to remove bracelets before sleeping and physical activity. It is best to roll bracelets over the wrist to help preserve the quality and stretch. Always remember to treat your bracelets gently.

Bracelet Returns

What is your return or exchange policy for bracelets?

I'm confident you will love your So Sweet bracelet, but if not, please email me at hellososweethandmade@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your bracelet and I will be happy to address your concerns.  All bracelets are made to order and are non-refundable. I will be more than happy to exchange your bracelet for one of your choice (must be equal to or less than cost of bracelet being exchanged). Please return your bracelet, postmarked within 7 days of receiving your purchase (per postage tracking delivery date). Please Include your name, email, phone #, order # and reason for exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.    

My order was incorrect. What should I do?

If your order is incorrect due to my error, I will happily accommodate you to make it right! Please email me at hellososweethandmade@gmail.com and please include your order #.

What brand tees do you use?

I use Comfort Colors and Gildan Softstyle.

What is your return or exchange policy for Graphic Tees?

All graphic tees are made to order, therefore I do not offer any refunds. However, if there is an issue with your tee, please email me within 3 days of receiving your order and we can discuss possible options.

How much do you charge for shipping in the United States?

Shipping costs are calculated based on zip codes.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! I offer local delivery in the Houston area within a 15 mile radius of zip code 77080.

I've place my order, when should I expect to receive it?

TAT is 10-14 days. Sometimes sooner!

Where are my orders coming from?  

All So Sweet Handmade products are handmade in Houston, Texas.       

Do you sell gift cards online?

Yes! Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on redeeming at checkout. So Sweet gift cards have no additional processing fees. Gift cards can only be redeemed online.

Sales tax

Do you charge sales tax?

So Sweet Handmade is a registered business in Texas. Sales Tax is automatically calculated by our shipping cart provider and is based on recipients zip code.
